Notice of criminal abuse

Please note that since April of 2003 I have been the target of a cyber-stalker. This was his response to my filing information in an Ottawa Police investigation into his Criminal Stalking (both actual and cyber-stalking) Since that date he has been continuing harassing me, defacing my websites, forging my name on-line and posting disgusting and puerile posts, wherein defaming my person and character. He has forged the names of friends, relatives and models that I have worked with with the same juvenile and puerile libelous postings. He has emailed friends, colleagues, relatives, employers, my ISPs, webhosts with the same unfounded allegations. This anonymous coward makes these posts via anonymous mail2news gateways, exploited servers, proxy servers and TOR clients to hide his true identity. His identity is known, and there is an open police investigation under way, as he uses various methods to hide his indentity there is little direct proof. Recent development is a former friend and coworker of his has provided evidence that is proving useful.

He has stolen many of my images off of my website and blogs, which he'll crudely modify and post on various website like Flickr, etc to further defame me.

In 2004 he elicitated well known Internet kook, and self-appointed Internet Sheriff Richard Morton Scoville who runs a pay-to-read-libel website "FreeSpeechStore.com" in San Antonio, Texas, USA. Mr. Scoville uses all the same tactics, including taking his campaign to Real Life (RL) He has filed several police reports to the Ottawa Police Service, The Ontario Provincial Police, and to The RCMP. He has emailed The Mayor of Ottawa, the entire city council, the Ottawa Police Chief and all the highest ranking command officers of the Ottawa Police, as well as my employer, website clients and their webhosts and backbone providers, with the same rumours, lies and innuendo. He will threaten them with in his own words; "You'll get the same treatment" so extort in order to force them to comply. This worked with the National Capital FreeNet, who caved under these threats although no Terms of Service abuse had occurred on my part.
